The payment system to purchase products & services off our site permits no refunds. There is a 60 -day refund period, subject to specific conditions as follows:

While we are confident you will reap the rewards and benefits of our products in your business which you may put into action, we offer the following "get results or get your money back" refund policy. This is an action-based guarantee which requires the student/business owner to provide documentation of the following required activities:

i) Clearly recorded notes from at least 3 staff team meetings showing exactly how staff attempted to increase business revenue by following up leads, prospects and any other appointment opportunity to provide a quote, an assessment of what your prospect/client requested or a paid service by your business to your client – listing dates, appointment times plus names and contact information of the potential prospects or clients who refused all services offered. If the staff of Leadership Services Pty Ltd suspect an attempt at deceit, fraud or lying by the business owner or staff of any customer of Leadership Services Pty Ltd, we reserve the right to contact a prospect/lead person to verify contact by your business as stated by you.

ii) A 250-word statement specifically explaining why the appointments or service provided by us will not increase your business revenue over a minimum 60-day period.

iii) Completed business team member training records for 2 team members showing at least 3 specific skills they were taught, which would directly contribute to winning customers – signed by the business owner and the team member to verify the team member agrees they were trained effectively.

If you implement the above requirements and are still not satisfied with the results of the program, a refund may be issued within 60 days of the purchase date. In order for a refund to be issued, we will require proof of action taken consistent with the program (send screen shots and links).

No refunds will be issued after 60 days of purchase date.

When requesting a refund, please send an email to Info@BookThemNow.com with the words “PROGRAM REFUND” in the subject line and include proof of program homework, links to your content, documentation of in-business results and notes as requested.

Refunds will not be issued because the customer "changed their mind", "accidentally clicked the button”, "had unforeseen financial circumstances", "had a family/medical emergency", "cannot implement the program at this time" or “looked at the material and decided it was too demanding” or any other reason outside of doing the work and subsequently being unsatisfied with the results.

This is a business/training service/’done-for-you’ system for your business purchased as a one-time transaction or a monthly subscription. The nature of the service provided by us is such that once you as our customer have consumed the information within, the information cannot be "given back”. By purchasing the product, you agree that these provisions are fair and reasonable.

Only responsible adults over the age of 18 are permitted to purchase our products or serrvice. It is advised that if an individual is considering the purchase of our product for any reason other than a genuine desire to get results BY PUTTING THIS SERVICE INTO ACTION, they should refrain from purchasing the product in the first place.

Any individual found requesting serial or repeated refunds will be prohibited from further participation in all our programs and offers. Customers that violate the terms of use of our policies may have their right to a refund revoked.

You acknowledge that we may reverse a sale in order to comply with: credit card rules, ACH network rules, federal law, state law, local law, and any other applicable rules, regulations, and laws.

By clicking the response or other button on any sales page where an offer is made and then you complete the transaction, the customer indicates that he/she has read, understands and agrees to these terms and the refund policy for these products and services.
